The scan code connection prompt is not the QR code of the AirDisk HDD smart device:
You can troubleshoot the problem as follows:
1. Please confirm that the AirDisk HDD device is running.
2. Install the DM cloud disk HDD and launch the App. Click Scan to scan the QR code, as shown below:

3. Place the two-dimensional code at the bottom of the device into the scan box. The location of the device's two-dimensional code is as follows:

4. If you are still prompted illegal QR code, please do it several times. There are still exceptions. Please submit your feedback (App into Settings - feedback) to us, or join our QQ exchange group: 319371158, we will solve it for you for the first time.
