Your device does not have a mobile network or Wi-Fi network enabled
If you need to connect to the Internet, you can refer to the following methods:
Select an available Wi-Fi hotspot access in the device's Settings - Wi-Fi Network settings panel.
Enable cellular data in the device's Settings - Cellular Mobile Network settings panel (the carrier may charge for data communications after it is enabled).
If you are connected to a Wi-Fi network:
1. Please check if your connected Wi-Fi hotspot is connected to the Internet, or if the hotspot has allowed your device to access the Internet.
2. Hotspots can access the Internet, find "DM Disk HDD" and check "Wireless LAN and Cellular Mobile Data" in "Settings" - "Cellular Mobile Network" - "Using Wireless LAN and Cellular Mobile Applications"
