This problem requires modifying the Win10 network policy. Press the window+R key to enter gpedit.msc to start the local Group Policy Editor. Locate the "Computer Configuration - Administrative Templates - Network - Lanman Workstation" node, and you can see the "Enable Unsecured Guest Login" policy setting in the right content area. The status is "Not Configured". Double-click the "Enable Unsecured Guest Login" policy setting, change its status to "Enabled" and click the OK button.
After setting up and trying again, the access is found to be accessible.
