Introduction to Q3C hardware interface

Front panel

1.Pilot lamp: LED tri-color lights, please see the following Q3C lamp table.

Rear panel

2. Boot button:
1) Short press start Q3C
2) Press and hold for 3 seconds to turn off Q3C

3.Power port: 12V1.5A DC input port

4.USB3.0 port: connect the computer to transfer data

5.RJ45 network port: connected to the router LAN port

Q3C Indicator function state definition description

Q3C has a built-in tri-color LED. The definitions of different colors and states are as follows:

Light out: The device is not powered on or off.
Steady green light: The device is turned on (net disk mode).
Green light flashing:Switch machine process slow flash, restore factory setting flash.
Blinking red: No hard disk is detected or hard disk is unavailable (net mode).
Please check whether the hard disk is available, whether the hard disk SATA interface is normal; the new hard disk needs USB to connect the computer to the disk management to initialize the hard disk!
Steady red: The system failed to start!
Blue is always on:
1. USB connection to computer mounting disk normal (mobile hard disk mode).
2. If the computer does not recognize the disk, please check whether the computer's USB port is normal, whether the hard disk is available, and whether the hard disk SATA interface is in normal contact; the new hard disk needs USB to connect the computer to the disk management to initialize the hard disk!
Steady purple: During device firmware upgrade... Do not power off!
Steady yellow: The device is in hibernation, the hard disk is stopped, and the access is automatically woken up.
